The Southeastern Challenge Match

Southeastern Challenge Match

The Bear’s Club – Jupiter, FL – Oct. 21-22

Created in 1989, the Southeastern Challenge Match was designed as a team event to allow the best mid-am and senior amateurs from Alabama, Florida and Georgia duel it out. Since its inception, this competition has been a two-horse race, with Florida winning eight times, Georgia six and Alabama winning once. Might be time to hire Nick Saban to take over at the Alabama Golf Association.
This year the tournament will be hosted by The Bears Club in Jupiter, Florida. The Bear’s Club was founded by, you guessed it, Jack Nicklaus in 1999.

Haven’t seen any gear from the other squads, but this is the bag the Alabama Boys will be carrying. A+ work by the Alabama Golf Association for this beaut.
